World of Green has made an announcement that they will be heading up a month of eco-friendly giveaways for the upcoming holidays. CEO of World of Green will be making an appearance everyday on the ?Pittsburgh Today Live,? show on KDKA-TV, shown in the morning hours.
The first giveaway will be a recycled fire truck toy by Green Toys, followed by an organic cotton doll from Global Green Pals that teaches kids how to aid Mother Earth. World of Green is also spotlighting different environmentally conscious gift wrapping options, such as gift paper by Nature Gifts & More, as well as recyclable fabric bags from FabricWrapper.
Other eco-friendly items up for grabs in giveaways include bamboo robes from Sweetwater and Jonano, beeswax candles from Pure Light, LLC, ready to plant trees from Tree Beginnings & an organic food basket from Food for Thought, as well as a variety of fashion items from Jillery.
The culmination of the month of giveaways will be the grand prize, which is an assessment of your home to measure energy-usage, as well as offer and implement solutions to offset the carbon footprint represented.
