Homemade Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
• 10 oz. of milk
• 2.5 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 oz. of honey
• 4.5 oz. of organic corn syrup (non-gmo)
• 10 oz. of chocolate (we like a mix of bittersweet/milk choc pieces)
• 2 tbl unsalted butter
Directions
Pour the milk into a pan, and then add the vanilla extract to it. Add the honey, corn syrup, and let the mix come to a slight boil. Add the chocolate at this point, and let the chocolate sit in the pan unstirred for 30 seconds to become softer. Whisk to coalesce, then add the unsalted butter and whisk some more to combine.
You are finished! Place with desired dipping pieces. We usually use cut up fruit, like grapes, pineapples, apples, bananas and strawberries, as well as some crackers, marshmallows, and cookies.
